Non coerente all’offerta

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi al check-in. Avevamo prenotato per 6 persone, ma la persona che ci ha fatto il check-in continuava a dire che c’erano solo 4 posti letto. Essendo tarda serata al nostro arrivo, non avevamo molte alternative. Abbiamo insistito per avere altri 2 posti letto, come da prenotazione e alla fine ci hanno dato un materassino gonfiabile, non c’erano asciugamani per tutti e non sono stati per niente accoglienti. Non lo consiglio
