Terrible customer service from all the bartenders, the servers at Choicez and at the jerk chicken hut. Hotel property definitely showing a lot of wear and tear. Beach was great. Perfect for kids. Kids club had fun activities. Okay stay. 2.5 stars. Better customer service would’ve helped make it a better stay.

The amenities are annexing, food is good, and the hotel is clean. The adult side needs to be updated. I would recommend staying in the family side. The staff could be nicer.

Everything was great—this was the best family trip I’ve ever taken! The staff was awesome, very helpful, and courteous. Anything we asked for was provided with no problems at all. The rooms were spotless, and the hot water was always on point. The food was absolutely finger-licking good, and every restaurant we tried was amazing. I was extremely pleased with this resort and will definitely be coming back soon—this time with my kids!

We brought our two toddlers with us on this trip and could not have been more pleased by our experience. The staff was incredible and absolutely spoiled our kids. While the resort did show a little age, it was pretty clean and you could tell they tried to keep up with the upkeep. The rooms were a little smaller than some of the other resorts we've been to but still had everything we needed. The pools were great and quite through the middle of the week. The beach is small but the retaining wall kept the waters calm. This is the fourth international resort we've been to and 3rd all-inclusive and the food was the best we've experienced. The buffet had a great variety and food was always hot and appeared fresh. All the restaurants we ate at were good as well. Would come back to this resort or recommend friends and family to come.

Friendliness staff I have ever encounter, especially Gabriel. She made sure my son first birthday was just as special to her as it was to me. Mark was very attentive at the bar and knowledgeable. The Jerk hut was very delicious and authentic. I will definitely come back in August.
