The S Hotel is our fave in MoBay. This was our 4th time staying and we are never disappointed. The staff is friendly, energetic and always accommodating. The activities are fun & the food is delicious! The cafe is my first and last stop when we arrive and depart. Only recommendation I would make is to replace the upholstery on the furniture. The poolside cabanas are starting to become less appealing due to condition of furniture.

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! It was such a boutique experience that we almost forgot we were at an all inclusive. The gym was very well appointed. The "S Cafe" made amazing iced coffees and smoothies to order and had lots of delicious baked treats if that is your thing! The Italian and seafood restaurants were amazing and the service was unreal! The grill where they served the jerk chicken was TO DIE FOR and I ate it every day! Glenora was the most thoughtful and attentive server who became our fave person at the entire hotel! We LOVED her! Andre was also amazing and very fun! Orel and Tasha definitely knew how to help the guests have a spectacular time! My only feedback was that our room was not set up for 3 guests so we had to keep asking for towels and toiletries and one day they did not make up the room but after we called they did eventually come at around 7 pm. Every other day we had no issues. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

The S Hotel is my new go to Jamaica hotel everything was amazing with the exception of housekeeping they have 1 person cleaning the entire floor so I would leave my room early in the morning and it get cleaned until like 5pm that definitely needs improvement.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. I loved the aesthetics of the hotel. Especially loved the fact that it was small and not overcrowded . I really enjoyed the food, the activities, and the staff. Our stay at the S Hotel was truly unforgettable. My wife and I had an incredible experience from beginning to end — not a single hiccup. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our trip. Special thanks to Meesha at the front desk, Romaine our driver, Aladin, the amazing chef at the grill, and the incredible service team including Marie, Rahim, Taniel, Tevoy (aka Andre), and Many more. You all made our stay extra special. The food was easily the highlight — absolutely delicious with no misses. The resort itself was beautiful, perfectly located right on the beach with plenty of great amenities. We also loved how peaceful and uncrowded it felt, giving us the chance to truly relax and enjoy quality time together, as well as meet some great people. The views were stunning, local attractions were fun, and we felt safe the entire time. Honestly, it was a 10/10 experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!
