Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme

Hôtel très agréable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et décorées avec goût. L’hôtel est plutôt bien placé. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner qui est très léger et dénote avec le reste. Nous n’y avons pas trouvé de laverie non plus.

Bad experience

The hotel seemed to be promising .. from our arrival at the end of the day the receptionist was as friendly as a prison door .. ambiance.. We did not take offense because the room was very friendly with  even a fireplace insert which adds to the Cosi side. The maintenance and the cleanliness largely undermined our benevolence, hair on the pillows in the towels folded in the bathroom, in the sheets, disgusting. The pompom was that the occupants of a room, fortunately not adjoining, partied and smoked together non-stop, I'm not necessarily a fan of the scent of weed, when I think that we are not even allowed to smoke  a cigarette in the rooms, finally marijuana it goes cream here without triggering the detectors .. It ended in a fight between neighbors who insulted each other copiously as on TikTok but less funny .. We twice requested the intervention of the hotel and it was ultimately the penalty of $ 250 for smoking in the room that calmed everyone down. The establishment is not responsible for the unacceptable behavior of certain customers, it is however its duty to ensure that calm is respected without delay, it is also responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene leaving much to be desired. As you can see, we do not recommend this establishment, on the contrary it is absolutely to be avoided.

The room we stayed in looked to need more work. Bathroom had a huge section on the wall that was plastered, needed to be painted. Office chair in room was disintegrating. Beds were hard, pillows were awful. Toilet made weird noises and kept flushing if you didn’t wiggle the handle. Shower barely worked. Breakfast, as advertised, was not really breakfast. Grab and go muffin. It looked amazing in the pictures, but once we got there, completely different. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. Was next to a shopping center so we could go get decent food.
