Comfortable hotel between Sienna and Monteriggioni
Posted Jun. 6, 2019 on HotelsThis is a comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Everything worked and the room was clean. It is not within walking distance to Sienna city center but there is a bus there.

Best choice when visiting Siena
Posted May 2, 2018 on HotelsThis was an exceptionally nice hotel. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. It was close to Siena and easy to access from the highway. We recommend this hotel highly.

would not stay again
Posted Jun. 22, 2017 on HotelsThe reservation states nothing about the arrival time, and only warns that to arrive early or to arrange a time with the reception. We had contacted the hotel for late arrival, but there was never a reply. Luckily at 10 pm, we called the reception, and the lady was angry, saying the reception just closed. After apologizing and apologizing, she said: 30 minutes and no more. This caused us to race along the highway in order to get there 1 minute before being left out.

Dear Mrs.
When he booked he could read in the hotel's general information that the reception closed at 22.00. We also have the chance to arrive later until noon on 24 with a penalty ranging from € 15.00 for every half hour delay up to a maximum of € 45.00. It's all written, just read !!!
