Dated place and supplies

The big problem is that the opening to the shower is only 11" and I'm bigger than that. I couldn't shower. A mismatch of kitchen equipment and supplies. Larger bedroom smelled very musty. Other bedroom not set u well. On greeting the dog jumped on me and scratched my arm. Good dog otherwise. Very old interior and no rugs so floors very cold

Urig aber goil!

Sehr eindrucksvoller Urlaubsort. Paolo super freundlich! Tierwelt (Pferde, Esel, HĂŒhner) sind leider nicht mehr da, aber 2 super Hunde. Unterkunft ist schlicht und ok. Urig und gemĂŒtlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Info: Es gibt 2 Ferienwohnungen im GebĂ€ude, die Fotos sind gemischt.

GĂźte qui a dĂ» ĂȘtre beau Ă  ses dĂ©buts...ensemble mal entretenu : Ă©quipements trĂšs usagĂ©s (salon de jardin), dĂ©fectueux (douche trĂšs entartrĂ©e, arrivĂ©e de gaz Ă  changer car odeur persistante), manquants (absence de four, de barbecue et de certains Ă©quipement de cuisine prĂ©sents dans l'annonce). De plus, des locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents avaient signalĂ© la prĂ©sence de punaises de lit que nous avons pu constatĂ© Ă©galement dĂ©s la 1Ăšre nuit alors que le propriĂ©taire nous avait assurĂ© qu'il n'y en avait plus. Nous sommes partis ( Ă  regret car le site est trĂšs beau) le lendemain aprĂšs avoir signalĂ© l'ensemble de ces problĂšmes au propriĂ©taire et Ă  Abritel...Nous sommes dĂ©sormais dans l'attente d'un remboursement !

Absolut Erholsam

Der Ort als auch das Haus haben einen wunderbaren Charme. Hinzu kommt das sehr aufmerksame Interesse von Paolo seine GĂ€sten gegenĂŒber. Egal wo wir hingefahren sind er hatte immer einen guten Tip und hat sich jederzeit nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl und konnten uns gut erholen und den Kindern fiel der Abschied sehr schwer. Vielen lieben dank

ACHTUNG BETTWANZEN

Das Anwesen liegt sehr idyllisch mitten in den Bergen der Toskana. Allerdings gibt sonst nicht viel Positives zu berichten. So erwarteten uns eine verschimmelte, nicht funktionierende Dusche, ein kaputter Grill und defekte Möbel im Außenbereich, welche nur notdĂŒrftig mit Klebeband fixiert waren. Außerdem herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch aus Schimmel und kaltem Rauch in allen RĂ€umen. Im Pool tummelte sich verschiedenes Getier und Pflanzenreste, sodass dieser nicht gerade dazu einlud sich darin zu erfrischen. Das Schlimmste jedoch war bereits nach 1 Nacht ĂŒbersĂ€ht mit Bettwanzenbissen zu sein. Diese kleinen Tierchen konnte man nach Entfernung des Leintuchs auch deutlich auf der Matratze erkennen. Wir mussten daher unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abbrechen, was sehr schade war, da wir uns natĂŒrlich sehr darauf gefreut hatten.

A little paradise in Toscany!

We had a very nice stay! The rented house was nice and very authentic and original decorated. A space where you feel yourself home and very close to nature. So perfect!! It was lovely to sit in the garden, look at the beautiful flowers and three's, listen to the birds and watch the surrounding. It was so peaceful and quiet.......... a little paradise! Paolo is a very good host. He is very interested and tells what is good or beautiful to go to or where to eat. You can be proud on yourself and your paradise Paolo!!

MEGA! Sehr schöne Location! Tuscany love!

MEGA! Das war wirklich eine richtig schöne Zeit. Paolo ist ein ein sehr netter Gastgeber, das Haus ist toll, das ganze GelĂ€nde ist richtig mega! FĂŒr meinen Hund ein Traumurlaub, der hier machen durfte was er wollte. (und wir auch!) Das war sehr chillig fĂŒr alle, wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder! Grazie mille Paolo!

Semplicemente relax

Ci siamo trovati molto a nostro agio grazie anche all'ospitalitĂ  dimostrata dal sig. Paolo, sempre disponibile ma giustamente riservato. Collocazione ideale per raggiungere luoghi di mare, cultura, naturalistici, ecc., compreso il paese vicino dove abbiamo trovato tutto ciĂČ che serve per il soggiorno. Ringraziamo il sig. Paolo anche delle chiacchierate fatte bevendo un buon bicchiere di vino assieme. Ah dimenticavo... Ottima la piscina. Arrivederci a presto!

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön gelegen und eignet sich ideal fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit Kindern, jedenfalls wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, in die nĂ€chsten Orte oder zum Strand etwas zu fahren. Vor Ort wurden wir vom gerade fertig gewordenen Pool ĂŒberrascht, der mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt war und tĂ€glich gepflegt wurde. Auf dem GrundstĂŒck war genug Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Paolo war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst ist einfach ausgestattet, aber gerĂ€umig und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Wir hatten von vornherein keinen Luxus erwartet und haben uns gerne dort aufgehalten. Auf der vor der Wohnung gelegenen Terrasse konnte man einen einzigartigen Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il nostro breve soggiorno

Paolo ci ha accolti con cortesia e simpatia portandoci al nostro appartamento. Ci ha consigliato degli itinerari da fare nei dintorni con i nostri cani e le mete piĂč interessanti da vedere. L'appartamento Ăš pulito e corrispondente alle foto pubblicitarie. Peccato per la piscina (in costruzione) che sarĂ  pronta per settembre! Dovremo tornarci per forza!

Anwesen mit Ecken und Kanten!

Wer die Natur und lĂ€ndlicher Charme liebt, ist auf der Hof Bellavista gut aufgehoben. Die Bilder beschönigen allerdings das Anwesen sehr, da der Aussen- und Innenbereich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die allgemeine Pflege lĂ€sst sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Das betrifft auch unter anderem die SanitĂ€ranlage, undichte verschimmelte Dusche, verkalkte unbrauchbare Duschbrause usw. Die Gartenmöbel sind in wackeligem Zustand. Zudem sei der Naturfreund darauf hingewiesen, dass es im Haus allerhand Insekten hat, bis hin mit MĂ€usen im Haus leben darf. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Apartment ist schön gross und die Aussicht auf HĂŒgel und Meer toll. Zudem ist der Vermieter (Paolo) sehr freundlich. Doch leider stören Details wie vergammelte Polster oder abenteuerliche Steckdosen und Lichtschalter. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls dĂŒrftig, so gibt es keinen Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, BĂŒgeleisen und keinen Backofen so wie bei der Ausstattung beschrieben ist. Sie mĂŒssen wissen, dass die Gegend Geothermisch genutzt wird. Es hat mehrere Geothermisch Kraftwerken, die man gut sieht und auch riecht. Je nach Wetterlage bemerkt man leichten Schwefelgeruch in die Luft. Was noch zu beachten ist, die Strassen sind sehr kurvig! Zum Schluss; der Vermieter mĂŒsste aber dringend den Aussenbereich pflegen und die InnenrĂ€ume besser reinigen und nicht nur Wisch sauber sein. Dann wĂŒrde der Urlauber sich wohler fĂŒhlen und bestimmt eine bessere Bewertung abgeben.

Rundum schöne Urlaubstage in der Toskana

Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir fĂŒhlten uns willkommen! Die Kinder haben den Garten, die Tiere und das Wasser genossen; die großen die LiegestĂŒhle mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in lÀndlicher Umgebung

Es ist alles da was man fĂŒr einen tollen Familienurlaub braucht: Nette Gastgeber, kinderfreundliche Tiere, eine ruhige Lage, einen Pool und eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Die Aussicht vom Haus aus ist ein Traum. Bis zum nĂ€chsten Strand sind es rund 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto durch die schöne Toskana–Landschaft. Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Le cadre est magnifique. La vue imprenable mais l'entretien et l'Ă©quipement en rĂšgle gĂ©nĂ©ral, laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Les photos sont flatteuses.Les serviettes de toilette sont rappĂ©es comme le grille-pain est collector et crasseux. Par manque de propretĂ© nous n'avons pas osĂ© utiliser la piscine. Il faut savoir qu'il y a deux logements l'un au dessus de l'autre. C'est trĂšs bien pensĂ© car les entrĂ©es et terrasses sont Ă  l'opposĂ© l'une de l'autre mais il n'y a aucune isolation phonique entre les deux. On entendait mĂȘme la musique du jeu sur portable. La rĂ©gion est sympa. Il faut juste calculer les distances en temps et non en km. Les routes sont sinueuses !

Eigentlich schön, aber...

Das Apartment ist schön groß und die Aussicht auf HĂŒgel und Meer toll. Zudem sind die Vermieter freundlich. Doch leider stören Details wie nicht funktionierende Lampen, vergammelte Polster oder abenteuerliche Steckdosen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls dĂŒrftig, so gibt es keinen Fernseher und keinen Backofen. Zumindest das WLAN ist recht schnell. Auch sollte man beim Thema Sauberkeit nicht allzu pingelig sein, denn es gibt viele tote Insekten. Mit etwas mehr Pflege wĂ€re das eigentlich ein sehr schönes Quartier.
