The hotel and staff are very good, the room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated but ok. The hotel is by a busy, noisy road though and there is very little by way of dining around the area.

Hotel was nice and clean to stay at and staff was very welcoming. However, trying to take public transportation was a little confusing but in the end it worked out.

El check in me pareció muy lento, o por lo menos no estoy acostumbrada a tanto papeleo al llegar y mas cuando llegas a las 11 de la noche super cansado. El transporte para recogernos en el aeropuerto agradezco que tengan este servicio, pero tardo muchísimo en llegar, sin embargo el chofer fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno está bien.

Since I got to the airport I called to the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick me up the service was excellent. Then the check in process was easy and fast. The room was really good clean and comfy. I got to leave early in the morning and the had all ready for breakfast. It looked so yummy I just got coffee because I was on rush also I scheduled the shuttle service early in the morning and it was on time waiting for me. The driver Tomas was sooooo nice and generous. I really recommend this hotel!
