Poor service at check in, disorganized, not very helpful. Rooms very spartan, no closet, no water bottles or space to put clothes. Location is not very good, heavy traffic in front during events at Monterrey Arena, not easy to get around because of street design. Restaurants are not very close in the neighborhood and kind of unsafe environment at night. Not pleased with choice of hotel.

It was mostly a great stay; however, the pillows were flat, the shower took a long time to heat up, and the jacuzzi was cold. Also, it would have been great if there was some sort of nut or high protein/healthy snack to purchase.
