I wouldn’t walk around too far but the area is not bad. There are some restaurants around the area that you could walk to. The airport service is ok, not as accessible as I am use to but they run every hour. The hotel itself was great.

Carpet smelled like vomit in room, the shuttle took over an hour to pick us up and the front desk clerk takes care of multiple things so the wait is just unbelievable. The room is very small. Just bad experience.

La propiedad esta bien ubicada. Las condiciones generales del hotel son buenas, en mi caso la persiana del cuarto no cerraba por completo y la luz entra por la noche. Su personal del turno que nos atendió (9pm) mal modo, mala disposición.

Terrible experience here. After numerous calls requesting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the shuttle never arrived after waiting for 45 minutes. We were initially told that the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes and it never did. After taking a taxi for 350 pesos we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 20 minutes to check in there was only one front desk staff who was overwhelmed and very slow. The room was underwhelming and smelled like mildew. Beware - Don’t stay at the hotel!!
