The house is located on the east side of Chianti, among olive trees, in an isolated and very panoramic position and can also be rented for 06 people (our ref. IT5376.610.1). Beautiful country house "Tegliaia", 400 m a.s.l., detached. 5 km from the centre of Montevarchi, 45 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: property, swimming pool fenced (5 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr..
