Charming 2-Bedroom Apartment for 6 Guests – Ski-in/Ski-out – Obélisque Area – South-Facing Terrace
Ideally located directly on the ski slopes in the popular Obélisque area, this comfortable apartment enjoys a large south-facing terrace with beautiful views of the slopes and mountain lakes of Montgenèvre. Please note that access to the MMV residence swimming pool and wellness area is not included and remains reserved exclusively for MMV guests.
The apartment features an entrance hall with wardrobe storage, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.
The bright living room offers a comfortable three-seater sofa, a dining area with table and chairs, a flat-screen television and large sliding doors opening directly onto the terrace.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower screen, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and large mirror. A separate toilet is also available.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed (160 x 200 cm), storage units and direct access to the terrace through French doors. The second bedroom includes a set of bunk beds and a wardrobe. Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the living room thanks to a pull-out sofa bed providing two single beds.
Each sleeping space is equipped with a duvet, pillow and mattress protector.
Guests will enjoy a spacious 21 m² south-facing terrace furnished with outdoor seating, offering pleasant views of the slopes and surrounding mountain lakes. A heated ski locker with boot storage and direct ski-in/ski-out access are also available.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence and is accessible by lift. Parking and garage facilities are not available. Pets are welcome and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.
For safety reasons, the upper bunk bed is not suitable for children under 6 years of age and complies with current safety regulations.
Optional services include bed linen and towel rental, baby equipment hire, discounted ski passes available up to two weeks before arrival, and a 10% discount on two-hour wellness sessions at Durancia Spa Nuxe. Additional equipment such as Wi-Fi devices, Nespresso coffee machines, raclette sets, fondue sets and hairdryers may also be rented subject to availability.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price.
