Stay somewhere else

Lobby is being remodeled, dirt and dust all over entry. Room had several stains on flooring and bedding. Horrible cleaning job if at all. Shampoo in room was a used bottle, soap left in room was used. Not the 8.8 rating it has, stay somewhere else. This place is gross.

Very well cared for

I was having car trouble, had to stay the night, to avoid being on the road in the dark, I found this hotel, priced right for an emergency, the desk clerk also helped me locate a service center-Kelly Service Center, they took good care of me with 15 minutes before closing, I am a very happy camper and will share my experience.

This place is well located right off the interstate and has easy in and out safe parking.

Ignore the rating. Staff is unfriendly, hotel needs a remodel, and won’t be staying here again.

Our flight was late arriving to Montgomery, so the was no shuttle available to pick us up. The hotel front desk suggested a cab company for me to call. He also stated that it was the only company that was in service at the time. We called the company and the driver picked us up. On our way to the hotel, the driver (Albert) asked if I had any cash & if I didn’t he would take me to an ATM. So I asked, how much will it cost for the ride. He said $35, I was in stock for a 10 mins or less drive. I felt we were taken advantage of by the driver & the hotel who referred this company to me. The room’s phone was ripped out of the wall. So I had to go to front desk for password for internet connection. The elevator was slow even the staff complained. There were no sheets for the sleeper, and the room was cold. The hotel wasn’t a great experience.

Get what you pay for

The over all cleanliness was not real good. The motel is older and needs updated inside. The hot water was just warm not hot when i took my shower. Alot of dirt on the floors and things was not wiped down good. For the price of the room for the night i guess you get what you pay for. Atleast this comfort inn room didnt have bed bugs.
