Parking is horrible if an event is happening around the hotel. The air in the hotel was not cool, the linen in room was not clean.

The room needed a good cleaning and had no hot water.

All of the staff are great and very attentive …except the cleaning staff smh! Simply put, the rooms just weren’t well cleaned. However, if you’re looking for a great walking distance to eateries and the river walk, it’s all a few steps away. As mentioned, the staff members downstairs (front desk, bar, and dining) are so nice and accommodating that it is still hard to leave with a bad impression.
