Entertainment Galore
The entire AC garage is a spacious game room: complete with a TV and foosball table, pool table, air hockey and ping pong. Perfect for family fun or entertaining guests.

APRIL SOUND COUNTRY CLUB ACCESS:
The clubhouse is just a 2-minute drive from the home. As our guests, you may access five (5) clubhouse amenities at a discounted rate:

Clubhouse Access Fee: $100 for 3 days for 2 adults + 3 children (under 23).
Additional guests or extended access will incur extra fees per the April Sound Country Club policies. Taxes and credit card processing fee (3%) will be added.

Important: To minimize costs, list only the guests who intend to use these amenities on the Club Access Information.

Christina, the host was very helpful. Anytime I ask a question she would answer it when we needed people to come through the gate. She was glad to put their names on the list for us. The staywas amazing. It was close to the Renaissance Festival and it made getting to our daughter‘s wedding at the Renaissance festival easier to get to to get to. we were honestly surprised at how much stuff was in the home that we didn’t realize we didn’t have to bring for ourselves ironing board iron washing machine dryer. It had literally everything you would need to be away from home. We were gladly use it again thank you.

The house was beautiful and the outside area was fabulous! The only downside was all the stairs, my elderly parents came and my mom has a hard time getting around and even though their bedroom was on the first floor there were stairs down to their bedroom. The pictures did not reflect that. Other than that we had a wonderful stay for my daughters wedding.

Steps!

Gorgeous home but oh my the steps! I knew there were stairs to the 2nd floor but not about the steps to almost every room. It was just not a good fit. My mother is 82 with a bad back and I am recovering from foot surgery. Again, a beautiful home but I do not recommend if you are elderly.

Nice stay

We stayed 3 nights at this property. Very safe and in a gated community. Had a few issues with property. I spoke with the owner, she addressed the issues and said she will have everything in working order for the next guests. Very spacious bedrooms and a great deck and bbq area for gathering family. Keep in mind if you have small children or elderly, there are quite of few stairs throughout property. As well, this is a 2 story home. We appreciated the parking on the property, the toys and games throughout the home and the use of the pool at the clubhouse. Overall, would recommend.

Awesome place to stay. There were plenty of games for the kids, ping pong and pool for the teens, and grilling out for the adults. I highly recommend this place, it has it all.

Great house!

Lots of room in this house, but for older renters—pay attention to the note about stairs. There are quite a few. Great kitchen with nice appliances. The little coffeepot meant several pots every morning, but the Keurig was handy. The beds were comfortable and there was a good seating area for the six of us. Wish the weather had cooperated for use of the outside area—it was very nice.
