Resort Style Serenity on Lake Conroe: Tennis, Lake-Side Pool, Gym, Marina

All you need to bring is your personal belongings- We have everything else ready for you! Located in the peaceful neighborhood of WALDEN ON LAKE CONROE, this spacious condo welcomes nothing but relaxing times, family & friend memories, fishing, boating and many other amenities! To make your stay enjoyable this condo has been newly remodeled offering a full kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, comfortable living (with 60" Smart TV & Bose Surround Sound System) and dining area, breakfast bar and spacious bedrooms (master King; 2nd Queen & Bunk Twin over Full) with flat screen TV's and separate baths. (We have a highchair and pack n play available if needed) An added benefit to this condo is the two separate balconies. One balcony is off the living room with a table for 4 and the other balcony is off the master bedroom with a private sitting area. You will find this complex to be quiet and family-friendly. There is a dock to tie up your boat or jet ski overnight right in front of our condo. The condo is convenient for tournament fishing as well as a lazy day of fishing. Some other great amenities are access to various swimming pools and a playground. One pool is located on the premises for the condo community only as well as having access to the yacht club pool which is within walking distance from the condo. At the yacht club, you will find a splash pad, 2 baby pools, and a large pool to enjoy lunch from breakwater grille.

Many conveniences are available from the Walden Yacht Club (well known for fine dining or brunch), Walden Marina (bait, tackle, boat/jet ski rental) fitness center, & tennis courts. There are many local restaurants, donut shop, liquor store, convenience store within walking distance. Also, you will find this resort community offers sidewalks and bike paths. Historic Montgomery is just a 10-minute car ride away with shops, restaurants, and a winery. Historic Montgomery (birthplace of the Texas Flag) is just 7 miles away with antique shops, wineries, and great restaurants. Also, we are a short drive from The Texas Renaissance Festival in Plantersville starting October 11th through November 30th. We are also 5-10 minutes from Margaritaville.

Approximately 50 miles from downtown Houston, it is an easy commute for a great weekend getaway! Minutes away from great dining at The Walden Yacht Club, Café on the Green or many other local restaurants in Montgomery, Conroe and The Woodlands.
Lake Conroe is one of the best fishing lakes in Texas with many species available. It is also a major recreational lake with the south end of the lake (where this Condo is located) stump and vegetation-free.

Walden Community boat ramp access is available to launch your boat or boat and jet-ski rentals are available right next door at Walden Marina and on TX 105 approximately 7 miles from the Condo.

There are assorted boutiques, outlets, and shopping malls from 15 to 30 minutes away!

IAH airport is 45 minutes south. The Woodlands is 35 minutes away and downtown Houston is about 60 minutes away.

𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝙔𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙩 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 provides fine daily Lakefront Dining featuring a great breakfast/lunch buffet on Sundays. Live entertainment is provided Thursday - Saturday and dress is casual business attire!
At the Café on the Green, dress is casual. Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday!
Donuts are right around the corner at Jack and Jill Donuts.
Walden Road Pizza delivers great pizza right to your door.
There is a local bar, Big Bertha's, within walking distance. There are also convenience stores and gasoline within a mile.
There are numerous other dining options choosing from whatever you crave including within minutes. Park your boat and walk right up to enjoy great food and drinks.
B52 Micro Brewery in Conroe is open on Saturdays offering a tour and place to relax!
There are also wineries in and around Montgomery.
