We loved our stay in this charming Conestoga wagon! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom (in the bath house) was clean and in excellent condition. Although the weather was chilly at night, there is a heating unit in the wagon, and the host provided electric blankets as well, so we were perfectly warm. Because the walls are canvas, we could hear outside noises--including a deer snuffling near the wagon in the early morning. But we knew to expect that ahead of time, and it was such a fun and novel experience that our kids want to come back!
The covered wagons are extremely well constructed. There was some wind noise, and neighborhood animals were noisy at times. I used earplugs the second night and had no problem. The bathhouse is very clean and comfortable. The managers were attentive to our needs. We stayed here between visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and it was perfect.
