Welcome to our lake home! Our home has everything you need to enjoy lake life at its best! Located just 2 miles from Beaver Creek Marina our home offers 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths that can accommodate up to 16 people including a crib for smaller children. We have a large eat in kitchen that is fully stocked to cook for large gatherings. Enjoy your evenings sitting on the covered patio or around the fire pit. We also have plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats!! Monticello is only 6 miles away!

The moment that I booked our stay, the owner reached out to say “Hi” and give us his contact information and to tell us about some little gems around the area. To say the pictures of the house were misleading would be accurate
 it is so much bigger in person. The downstairs is amazing! The outside area was our favorite part of the house. We just hung out and laughed after a long day on the lake. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. The owner stayed in contact with us, and responded quickly if we reached out. The boat ramp is just a short drive away
and if you forget something there is a Walmart close! This property is perfect
 and you can see how much the owners care about it and their guests in all of the details! I cannot wait till our next trip! We have found our new favorite place to stay on the lake!

Great Lake-cation!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Escape! There was plenty of room for our family to stay comfortably. The backyard area was an added bonus for grilling and hanging out in the evenings. We’ll definitely be back for all our trips to Beaver Creek!

Beyond expectations!

Travis (one of the owners) was incredibly helpful. The property was beautiful! They absolutely went above and beyond. They thought of everything. Clean, stocked with all you could need and more. The linens and towels were very nice. Nothing low end about this property. We would definitely stay again. 2 miles to the marina. There are boat rentals there as well. We rented a pontoon as well as took our own power boat. It worked out well. Definitely recommend this property and the owners. TOP NOTCH !

Fabulous weekend get together!!

Honestly I don’t even think 4 days/3 nights was enough at this spot! Our friend group gets together this weekend every year & spends our days at the lakes & the nights around a bonfire, singing until our hearts give out!! This space was perfect to fit all 12 of us, plenty of bathrooms & hanging out spots. The backyard was obviously our favorite with curtains to block the sun, a fan, tv, timer lights, bonfire, benches & plenty of seating. Electric door code to get in & out of the house, so much parking & great AC (actually got super cold). Hopefully we can rebook here for any future lake trips!
