Médiocre

Hôtel situé au bord d'une route. Assez bruyant. Chambre mal isolée. Dès mon arrivée, une odeur étrange de renfermé ou d'humidité dans la chambre. Très désagréable. J'ai opté pour une chambre double, très exiguë, pas fonctionnelle du tout. Impossible de poser une valise ouverte au sol. Idem dans la sdb. Il faut limite grimper par dessus le WC pour entrer dans la douche. Et j'étais seule. En couple, je ne sais pas comment font les gens. Chambre mal entretenue, vieillissante, défraîchie... Propreté plus que douteuse: des toiles d'araignées sur les luminaires, le sol n'est pas propre, des insectes (punaise, araignée et une autre joyeuseté) se promènent dans la chambre. Joints de la sdb dégoûtants, un sparadrap usagé est resté dans la douche, diffuseur à savon sale... on hésite vraiment à appuyer dessus. La spa... oubliez directement les jacuzzis!!! Une jolie mousse flotte à leur surface, signe que l'eau est sale. N'y trempez pas un orteil!!! De plus, pour accéder au spa, il faut traverser le restaurant et la terrasse ce qui est vraiment étrange et pas très pratique lorsqu'on est en serviette de bain. Le restaurant... plats très médiocres. En entrée j'ai commandé une "assiette de charcuterie auvergnate". Autant dire la charcuterie du supermarché du coin. Le plat, poulet sauce coco: présentation et qualité des produits très décevants. Crème brûlée en dessert - préparée en avance évidemment vu la rapidité avec laquelleon me l'a servie. Oubliez le fait maison ou le petit chalume

Cher, chambre petite. Propreté moyenne dans la chambre. Et que dire du côté restaurant? Les tables ne sont pas nettoyées entre le dîner et le petit déjeuner. Sans parler COVID, même pas un petit nettoyage basique ! Un coup de main, les mies de pains par terre, et hop le tour est joué. Le lendemain matin, les mies de pain sont toujours sur les chaises et au sol. Bref, très moyen pour un prix élevé. Comment un tel hôtel peut encore avoir 3 étoiles de nos jours ?

Juste à la sortie de l'autoroute donc facile pour une étape. Chambre simple, un peu petite et kitch mais propre avec grande salle de bain. Climatisation très appréciable en été, Accueil inégal selon qui vous avez à faire (pas la même personne à l'arrivée et au départ). Pas d'ascenseur et on ne nous aide pas à monter les bagages.

Good value hotel with nice restaurant, the hotel fronted on to a busy road which might be a disturbance for those guests at the front, but we were at the side/rear. Facilities in the bedroom were good. It is on the edge of town so it is quite a walk to the town/village centre, but a pleasant place to stay.
