Cute, completely newly renovated, two-bedroom townhouse in the absolute center of town in Montmorillon. With cafes, bars, and restaurants and the town square within minutes by foot, the house is ideally located with no hills to climb. Brand new kitchen and bathroom.
We speak French and English fluently.

This is ideal for visitors to Montmorillon wanting something very central close to amenities and without needing to walk up hills.

This is a private two bedroom two level terrace house. On the ground floor is a salon and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and on the upper level two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, and a luggage room. Both bedrooms have double beds that sleep two people. The first bed is 140cms x 200cms, and the second bed is 160cms x 200cms.

Access to the house is directly off the street and on the same level. The entire house is reserved exclusively for guests.

The house is right in the middle of town. A bar/restaurant is situated right opposite the house, with other cafes and restaurants just minutes away by foot.
