Good location.

Easy access to grocery stores, cafes, Tram lines. It is a nice walk along the river, walk through Antigone area then up to the Place de Come'die for the shopping, food and historical sites, if you do not want t take the TRAM. Plus Montpellier is a great place to start to visit other cities in Southern France via the trains.

The appartment is complet and very good located. In a few minuts walking you'll find 2 tramstations to all directions. In 20 minuts you are with the tram in the centre of Montpellier and at the expo-centre. Near the sitting rooms you have also an outsite sitting room. We were in winter so we did not use it. If you are in early spring (first sun) it' s a nice place to sit (complet surrounded by glass). The kitchen is complet. Toilet is not modern but clean. Nice owner mrs Sylvi. We had a good stay in Montpellier, very nice historical old city.

Appartement mal entretenu : poussière sur meubles, papiers peint partiellement ôté (à quand la fin du chantier ?), vaisselle avec étiquette de vente dessus ( lavage... ?), volet roulants en panne en pleine canicule (donc impossible de les fermer et avec la canicule...
