The room was beautiful an clean when we arrived. The pool is big and the kids loved the slide. They are missing some chairs and towel but other than that it was great. We were there for 2 nights and no one came to clean the room. We gad to use our towel for the pool since they didnt had any at the pool so we never got new ones for our second day and we had only three for a room of 4. It was hard to heat but it was really cold the weekend we went so it couldnt help. The parking is free but be ready to walk because it was really ful due to the park and fly.

Updated hotel but issues with checking in. Went to check into assigned room, door was not closed, tv was on, it was apparent someone had been using the room. Also found a pocket knife on the table. Had to go back down to front desk to change rooms. Upon entering new room, no extra linens for the pull out sofa. Had to go back down to the front desk since the telephone in the room does not work. Then had to wait over an hour for the linens so our son could go to sleep. front desk to change rooms.

We were not given a room we had a paid reservation from.expedia and were told at the front deal that they were sold out no offer for any compensation or anything just told to take it up with expedia but when i tried it shows like we were checked in absolutely horrible situation to be stranded on the coldest night in history
