Welcome to a thoughtfully laid out apartment designed for comfort and ease. Whether you are visiting Montreal for a weekend trip or an extended stay, this flat has everything you need to settle in.

Get a great night`s sleep in the private bedroom, which features a plush queen-sized bed lined with soft linens. The room offers ample closet space to unpack your belongings and make yourself at home.

The main living area is open and inviting, providing a great spot to read, watch a movie, or converse. If you are traveling with extra guests or children, the comfortable sofa easily folds out into a spacious sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the major appliances, cookware, and dishware you need to prepare your favourite meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or a full dinner right at the dining table.

Freshen up in the clean, modern full bathroom, which includes a deep bathtub perfect for a warm soak after walking around the city. For added convenience, the apartment includes a private, in-unit washer and dryer, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

The apartment is situated in the residential area of Tétreaultville, nestled within the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough. This area offers a wonderfully authentic Montreal experience away from heavy tourist traffic, making it incredibly safe, relaxed, and family-friendly.

Nature lovers will be thrilled to be just a short stroll from Parc de la Promenade-Bellerive. This stunning, sprawling waterfront park along the St. Lawrence River offers beautiful walking trails, picnic spots, and fantastic views of the water.

For your daily needs, the nearby stretches of Rue Hochelaga and Rue des Ormeaux feature charming local bakeries, independent cafes, and relaxed family-owned restaurants. You will find grocery stores, pharmacies, and convenience stores all within easy walking distance, giving the area a strong, highly livable community feel.

Navigating the city from this location is simple and straightforward, offering excellent connectivity:

Public Transit: The Honoré-Beaugrand metro station (the terminus of the Green Line) is the closest station. You can reach it via a quick ride on the 189 bus, which runs directly along Rue Hochelaga, or you can take a pleasant 20-minute walk.

Downtown Access: Once on the Green Line at Honoré-Beaugrand, it is a direct, transfer-free ride right into the heart of downtown Montreal (Place des Arts, Peel, or Guy-Concordia stations) in about 20 to 25 minutes.

Driving & Parking: If you are bringing a car, this area is highly convenient. You have immediate access to Autoroute 25 and Rue Notre-Dame, making driving in and out of the city seamless. Plus, free street parking is generally much easier to find here compared to the denser central neighborhoods.

Biking: Montreal is famous for its cycling infrastructure. You can easily access the beautiful bike paths along the river or rent a bicycle from the nearby BIXI bike-sharing stations during the warmer months.

✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you`re welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.


✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you`re safe, please reach out to me.

This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.

👥 Registered Guests Only
For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.

🐾 No Animals
Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals
Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed.
You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.

🚪 Check-Out Time
Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.

Please treat the space as you would your own.
• Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.
