The property and amenities are good, clean and new. There is no sign on the parking(SS1) for access to the main floor and hotel. The receptions were kind and polite but are not well trained. They were very slow in check-in and didn’t provide information about parking access and ticket.

Beautiful place very clean and many places to eat or shop around. Only issue i had was when i got to the hotel they knew there would be 6 of us and they only put 3 towels and 1 regular coffee and 1 decaf and 2 cups. When i called to ask for more i waited 30 mins before i had to leave to grab something to eat. No one ever came i had to go down and get and carry everything up myself.

Perfect stopover with the kids

Great place for a stopover with the kids. Easy parking. Stunning lobby that dazzled the kids. The room (king bed and sofa bed) was spacious, quiet and i actually quite enjoyed watching the traffic in the distance while the kids were sleeping. Kind of the equivalent to a lava lamp 😂 The restaurant in the lobby (Industria I think it was called) was Italian food, which offered kids friendly option and a good wine list for the grown-ups. I think i got lucky with parking in the underground as not many spaces alloted to the hotel were still available (on a sunday around dinner time). I would definitely stay here again.
