No kettle for making tea or toasting bread - it had a full kitchen with cupboards and a large fridge, but no other means to do anything - a table with a microwave and small fridge would have served the same purpose and not have taken up 1/3 the main room. Also, it was the first time I stayed at a hotel where there was not a complimentary bottle or two of water.

Hi,Thank you for your review and for your rating!Our rooms have kitchenette and not fully equipped kichen, that's the reason why there is a microwave and a fridge but no cooker or stove. The hotel used to be a condo residence, that's why the kitechenette furniture are huge.Have a great day!

Our toilet didn't flush and continued to run water all night. Floors were dirty. Pull out bed didn't have any sheets or pillows.

Value for money but one annoyance.

Very Spacious and clean rooms and quick checkin. Good value for money. Good WiFi. Convenient location. Carpet is a bit worn though but this is offset by the other benefits. My only complaint is that their early checkin fee has jumped up by 20 bucks Canadian to 50. I was definitely not amused by that but c’est la vie as they say in France.

Awesome hotel in the heart of Montreal

We had a great weekend trip with family, our 1 bedroom suite with living room pullout and kitchen was perfect. 15 min walk to downtown and 15 min walk to old port. Indoor garage parking available, and a great hot breakfast included. All in all, tremendous value!
