The A/C and fan did not work, it wouldn’t even turn on! One of the main lights in our room kept flashing on and off very fast so we couldn’t use it, just had to use the lamps. The bathroom mirror had stuff all over it, like it had not been cleaned from the previous user. The staff were friendly but I would not recommend!

The room was clean and spacious, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast was yummy. My only warning is about the parking. It was nice that the paid parking was covered (underground), and it was cheaper than other hotels’ parking. But, boy was it tight—even foe my wee Camry. I felt lucky to get in and out unscathed.

Breakfast was very good, standard fare: cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, croissant. Staff was friendly but they misunderstood when we wanted housekeeping to clean the room and never got to it. Very low key cool hotel though, would stay there again if I ever went back around that way. Reasonable price, nice room. Never seen a hotel room with a kitchenette in it before. That was a fun aspect of staying there, making a meal in the kitchen. Parking was convenient but you have to pay for it which I didn't like. Never stayed at a hotel where you had to pay for parking before.

The internet worked fine. The breakfast was good. At the end of our stay, there must have been a shortage of staff because dishes and some items weren't replenished bery quickly. More egg choices would have been appreciated.

I have a really nice stay in this hotel. The room was really big, with all the amenities, a little bit old, but well maintained. Nice area, many restaurant option around. After travelling for few days, they offer the laundry machine and dryer free of charge. That was a plus. Really recommended.
