This is my 7th trip to Montréal that ive stayed at this hotel. Just the fact that i keep staying there is positive praise. Not fancy by a stretch ....but comfortable beds and pillows...i actually get a good night rest and almost feela like home.. clean everything and no smell. Only negative is an old temperature control ac unit heater. Feels a bit like motel 6 when looking at it...and a bit noisy.. But otherwise a ++

We had a few issues but the manager was amazing. He listened to us apologized for his staff. He was all about helping his clients and not about profit. He embodied customer service. I highly recommend this property.
