Laundry room on the ground floor with shared washing machine and dryer + electric shoe dryer, bathroom (shower), separate WC. Pleasant balcony. Ski link the Karellis 0.5 km, the Karellis 4 km. Total surface 41 m² attic parts included. Pleasant location in a residential hamlet overlooking a charming typical village of Savoy benefiting from a southern exposure. Superb panoramic view of the mountain and the valley of the Arc.
