This townhome (4 bedrooms, 4 baths) is designed to get the most out of your vacation dollars while enjoying a home base camp that fits your lifestyle. This convenient location is close enough to save you time in getting to all the places you want to go in "San Juan Country,"

This is a smoke and pet free townhome and features: HDTV, high speed secure wireless internet, two spacious master suites with private bathrooms, gas fireplace, covered patio with bench swing, two washers and dryers, and garage to use for parking or secure indoor storage of your bicycles, ski equipment, etc.

This townhome location is close to many of Montrose's amenities. There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes, an Aquatic Center to enjoy some water fun after a day of site seeing, and plenty of parks, restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), several grocery stores, and a farmers market. Montrose and the surrounding San Juan Country has plenty of entertainment.

This is the perfect getaway any time of the year with unlimited access to outdoor activities. Montrose is a magic place where you can stay, yet play everywhere in the area: golfing, fishing/hunting, swimming, boating/kayaking, jeeping, bicycling, skiing, ice-climbing and hiking just to name a few. Wonderful!

We are national parks vacationers and this was the perfect home for us while exploring Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Very clean and exceptionally comfortable. We had a small problem with the door entry code, but the host responded promptly and got us taken care of. Highly recommended.

Great place for this visit

We LOVED this place. We were in town for our Daughter In Law's Baby Shower. My wife, daughter, and I were accompanied by my two sisters and the place was the perfect size for our group. Conveniently located and totally modern. While our future visits will be for just 3 we would not hesitate to stay here again for larger groups. Highly recommended

Comfy Gathering Place, Montrose CO

Second time staying here and I absolutely recommend this location! 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a necessity for my work colleagues and myself for privacy. Super clean and very quiet. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap. This would be a great stop for family vacations as well. There is not any outside space but lots of things to do in Montrose. Do not miss this townhouse!

Adult Family Getaway

We visit Montrose/Western Colorado every New Years to celebrate Christmas with family that lives nearby. As our immediate family has grown, we need more space and this home provided exactly that. Everyone had their own room (and bathroom). There was enough space for us to not feel cramped and decompress after spending all day with extended family. Quiet neighborhood and fully stocked with essentials (loved the tea selection to relax at the end of the day). Will definitely book again!!

Another Girls' Golf Trip

Love, Love, Love-it. This is one of the most well-kept vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. It is perfect for 4 women playing golf for a few days in beautiful Montrose.
