I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this by far takes the cake, Tamara has everything down to a science and anything that you could possibly need in this home, the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. She has put a lot of love and thought into sharing her home and I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for having us!

Location was a surprise.There were bunnies and mule deer that greeted us every morning and evening. Awesome! Easy to get to town with restuarants and stores.The house was clean and decorated cute. Pictures are accurate. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Check in was very easy. We hope to stay again in the future.

The house is located in a secluded quiet area which we really liked. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great (there was also a lot of extra towels which was nice!). The house had a great flow to it with nice comfortable living room furniture. Kitchen chairs and table were comfortable as well (we played a lot of games in the evening at the table). The front porch was really nice, but unfortunately for us it was really hot the week we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We had a few issues when we got there, but Tamara was great, and worked hard to solve the problems in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again as the home and host were excellent.

We had a GREAT time. The house is very comfortable. Drinking coffee or whatever on the porch and watching rabbits, birds, deer, and sunsets was relaxing. Lots of room under the carport for the motorcycle. Proximity to great motorcycle riding is wonderful. Would definitely do it again.

The location is great, beautiful views of the San Juan mountains and to the east the area rising up to the Black Canyon. Its very close to town, but doesnt feel that way. Saw lots of rabbits and deer. We had a great time!!

The home was just as we thought it would be based on the description listed online. We really enjoyed our three nights there visiting Colorado National Monument and Black Canyon of the Gunnison and coming home to a cozy, cool, and calm home at night. The host was very communicative in advance and during the stay. One note to potential future renters, they really like their scented wax melts. My husband walked in and thought that the home smelled lovely. I (with my asthma, allergies, and scent sensitivity) walked in and quickly developed a headache. It may be beneficial to ask guests in advance if they would appreciate the melts. I'm sure many folks would love it, but it was a lot for me personally. Overall, thank you for a great stay!

We are so glad we booked this house!! Everything was perfect, as soon as we walked in, it felt like home. The house was very clean, and the property grounds were nice as well. I would definitely recommend booking this house if you are looking for a stay in Montrose.

Great confortable house with all necessary amenities and even a more. Convenient to Black Canyon. Location was very quiet and secluded. I did feel the views and surroundjng terrain were not as great as the website looked. But this really didnt affect my overall satisfaction.

Great Home Base for Outdoor Recreation

We really enjoyed our stay; 3 60 yo's on their annual fly fishing trip. The home is centrally located for adventures to the Black Canyon, Gunnison Gorge or north to Gunnison. It's off the street and has nice views up the hills with plenty of parking. Just minutes to the restaurants in Montrose. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished with utensils, staples and everything we needed. They did not have a bbq grille though. It's as presented, no surprises.

Little Ranch stay

This property is quiet and for the most part secluded. The house was clean and neatly decorated. Beds were comfortable and accommodating. The host is easy to work with and listens to all concerns; when I did contact the host she responded in just minutes which makes me believe she will to the best of her ability fix whatever issues need addressed. I encourage anyone with concerns or specific issues to contact the owner as soon as reasonably possibly to correct or address any and all concerns they may have. Over all a comfortable place to stay.

Great home base for exploring the Western Slope

Views, Peace and Quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Powers Ranch home. I especially loved the location with views in almost every direction. We enjoyed some very lovely sunrises and sunsets. I take long morning walks and was able to safely walk along Landfill Road and was waved at by every passerby. I'm a fan of peace and quiet, and this home was positioned so that I received plenty of both. Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations, our stay was cut one day short. I hope someday to return and make up that with a longer stay. The area around Montrose is a treasure for nature lovers. We visited the Black Canyon, Ridgway, Escalante Canyon, and took the short drive to Paonia. I loved the views of the San Juans from this property, as well. Tamara was easy to communicate with, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Like I said before, I hope to return someday!

Great Location and Peaceful

We loved the space and privacy of this rental, and the close proximity to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. It is in a good location and it was very clean and comfortable, great views of the mountains out the living room window.
