Gite in the owner's holiday home. 1st + 2nd floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom (bath). Balcony. Garden. Alpine skiing + cross country la Rosière 6km, Villaroger/les Arcs 10km, Ste Foy Tarentaise 13km. Access to the gîte: 50 m on foot uphill via a cobbled lane. Private parking at the entrance of the village at 100m. Magnificent renovated country farmhouse from 1799. Quiet typical hamlet overlooking the valley, on the side of a slope facing south. Border of meadows and forests. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Beautiful volume with crazy charm of exposed beams. Very cozy. Neat and personalized decor. Pleasant landscaped garden. Superb panoramic view of the valley and the mountains.
