We enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent overall. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour. The bellmen were attentive and kind. The front desk from the overnight staff to the general manager were all helpful and accomodating. The bar restaurant had great food and drinks as did the main. We stayed over-water and the bungalows were immaculately kept and really stunning. If I had anything to improve upon it would be the poolside/beach service. It was confusing how to get drink service there. We saw other people getting drinks but we were never asked.

This place was amazing, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at! We had a family of four and stayed in the premium overwater bungalow three nights and the family suite one night. The views were amazing, rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. They seamlessly moved our things between rooms and were attentive for all of our needs. We used the kayaks and snorkel equipment on site. It was amazing to wake up to rays and reef sharks swimming by our balcony. The drinks were very good and parking was easy. We ate at the restaurant just a few times and were pleased. The only negative is the number of birds that enter the dining hall. It does not seems to bother the locals but we found it was odd they would sit at the buffet. We were there during the rainy season so had to reschedule some activities due to rain. I was hoping the concierge would help find some alternative companies that would have opening for our remaining days, but I ended up just calling my self via WhatsApp. Not a huge problem, but was the only thing I would suggest improving. The onsite activities and shows were fun and kept our kids engaged. The area is very good on Moorea near a shopping area and there are a few restaurants nearby. There is also a laundromat that is helpful when traveling with family. We liked the area and is in between the ferry and location with activities. Overall we had a wonderful stay and look forward to going back again!

Really nice option on Moorea for full service property with some very unique beach bungalows in a very quaint and usable property we enjoyed it very much and with no doubt would stay there again The staff I would say makes the place, everybody is extremely helpful and friendly and you get to know the managers right away

Wonderful resort in a very convenient location only 10 minutes from ferry terminal. Overwater bungalows are very modern, spacious and gorgeous! Wonderful snorkeling right off your private dock. Beautiful infinity pool with plenty of shaded seating if desired. Definitely a splurge, but well worth it for a special occasion. Hotel provided a beautiful flower greeting and chilled champagne bucket for our anniversary!💕

The pictures of the property are a bit misleading, the beach is very small and shallow even at high tide, the water is generally a bit murky Our beachfront room was dated and needed complete redecoration. There was a lingering smell. The lobby and foyer are lovely, the dining room and bar are nice, but the food was generally the worst we have eaten in French Polynesia. The staff are lovely and helpful. We were surprised when we didn’t receive any response from our initial feedback and concerns. Nearly run over by a staff member reversing at high speed on the path near our room. The pool is nice, again not that big but not in high demand either with a great view back to the mountains. Nice to be close to the village and supermarket. Overall we were disappointed and not what we expected.

Reception staff was very helpful. They gave us a tour of the hotel while walking us to our room. Our over-the-water bungalow was absolutely stunning! Room and bathroom were very clean and all necessities were provided to us. It was a wonderful experience, but I wish it was a little less expensive so we could have afforded more than 1 night there.
