Hosts very helpful with questions prior to arrival and scheduled taxi ride from/to Aremiti Ferry. Taxi will take credit card. Check in/out easy. Use WhatsApp to contact hosts during stay. Easy beach access to snorkeling areas. House needs some TLC inside; not as well kept as listing pic's show. Cat on premises you feed. Bring mosquito off with you. Bring earplugs if you are noise sensitive as traffic noise starts at 4am. Carmel 'in restaurant and grocery store just few minutes walk. Rudy's and Keiki's restaurants 8 min walk away. Aremiti Ferry has website for ferry times/cost. Best to bring local currency with you as airport/hotel exchange rates are not great,or use a credit card with no foreign exchange fees. 2 banks nearby with ATMs. This was our 6th visit to Moorea and the residents are always welcoming and kind.
We had a great time. We loved opening the big doors and sitting on the couch till the sun went down. Close to stores and a great bakery. Recommend 100%.
We stayed here before our Tahiti cruise and loved it. The location was great: right on the beach, walking distance to grocery store, great restaurant-Rudy's, small cafe for breakfast, and even a little shopping. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. The home was "tahitian open" so the wind brought in not only cool air, but dust as well, but a sweep here and there was all it needed!
Beautiful traditional Tahitian home! Open air, outdoor living, comfortable! Pool was perfect during windy weather! Private beach for snorkeling, swimming and kayaking! Great location for grocery and restaurants. Incredible bakery one block away. Two bedrooms and two and a half baths downstairs. Master has outdoor shower. Large loft with 2 queen beds but stairs are a little steep but beautiful wood. Property manager, Clement, was wonderful! Communicated with us quickly when little issues came up and fixed them fast. He arranged our taxiâs for us to and from the ferry. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and we would highly recommend Rudyâs for a special, renowned dish of Parrot fish. Reservations are a must.
We just spent eight glorious nights at this beautiful pool and beach villa. The moment we walked into the true Polynesian style house, we knew we were in tropical paradise. The amazing view from the house of the infinity pool, beach, and azure waters beyond took our breath away. The place was just right for my son, daughter-in-law, and myself. Both bedrooms on the main level were well appointed with very comfortable beds. There are more beds in the loft for additional guests, but the beautifully carved but precarious stairs are challenging. Anais from Enjoy Villas did an exceptional job from arranging our arrival to meeting with us before our departure day. The location of the villa in Maharepa with shopping and restaurants nearby was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful island of Moâorea, but we always looked forward to returning to our resort style vila for a swim in the pool and relaxing on the beach. In the mornings, we usually walked across the street to Caramelineâs for their delicious croissants and ate them on our deck while taking in the gorgeous view. We canât wait to return to this marvelous Moâorea villa.
My wife and I, along with another married couple with whom we are close friends, had the opportunity to stay at Enjoy Villas Pool and Beach in Maharepa for three days in September 2023. Our time there was wonderful from beginning to end.
The arrival and departure process with Anais is simple. The property is secure, beautiful and quiet while still being ideally positioned for shopping and dining. The living room area has large folding doors which easily open to create an indoor / outdoor space allowing for maximum enjoyment of the amazing lagoon view, infinity pool, private beach and outdoor dining area. The two downstairs bedrooms and the en suite bathrooms which we used were comfortable, well-appointed and had very effective air conditioning. The mango tree in the front yard which supplied more ripe fruit than we could possibly eat was an unexpected bonus.
We really could not have asked for anything more and would love to have the opportunity to stay at the property in the future.
We were very happy to have found this VRBO rental property on Moorea. We really enjoyed the French Polynesia feel of the house / property, the infinity pool and the use of the kayaks. Walking distance for groceries, great restaurants, pastries and smoothies.
Perfectly located, beautiful pool and beach, clean and fresh well equipped home. Very convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurants! Very professional management.
We had four great nights in Maharepa. This was our second time to Moorea, and again we found the perfect house with pool, direct beach access and convenient shopping/eating.
It can be difficult picking the right location in Moorea but Maharepa is great because you can walk to bakery, grocery store, pearl shops and Moorea Beach Cafe. We really enjoyed not having to drive for the majority of activities.
House was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 friends, but the stairs to the attic and the upstairs sleeping area are tight, fine for our teenagers but something to consider. Outside eating area and pool were great. Host was very gracious with damage done to the paddle board...
We had a very nice stay at the villa. The villa is very spacious, built in a beautiful Tahitian style, and has everything you need. Both bedrooms on the lower level is air conditioned, and the ocean breeze cools the rest of the house. The view is magnificent. We spent a lot of time on the big porch which opens to the ocean breeze and stays cool even in the hottest part of a day. Pool is very nice. We took kayaks for multiple rides and snorkelled right off the beach. The communication with the management team was great. Anais met us at the villa, showed us around and gave many helpful recommendations. She is very knowledgeable, answered quickly if we had any questions, and just has a very friendly and pleasant personality. We had a great experience and will definitely recommend this property!
This Villa is very private, comfortable and well equipped, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The view, pool and beach are beyond compare. Kayak, swimming and snorkeling from our private beach was fantastic. We walked to lunch and dinner and ate every breakfast across the street at Caramalines - best croissant and pastries on the island. Anais and Clement were on the spot whenever we called for help with dinner reservations, taxis, and general tourist questions. Weâre looking forward to returning again to enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the beautiful sunsets!
We just got back from our fabulous trip to moorea staying at the pool and beach villa. This villa is perfect and in a perfect location. We rent vacation rentals 2-3 times per year and this was our favorite so far. Clement and Anais were the best hosts way before we arrived in Moorea, answering my many questions. We had to cut our trip short 1 day because of the limited flights which was no problem for Clement. We also arrived early, no problem again and checked out late, no problem again. Anais met us upon arrival and was very detailed about the villa. She answered our many questions during our stay. They were both so helpful and professional. They are the best!
And the villa what a gem. We had everything we needed . Do not hesitate to book this villa it is perfect and so are Clement and Anais. Thank you for an awesome vacation. We are looking at dates to return.
From the communication before we arrived all the through our visit, everything was absolutely wonderful. The location was nothing short if ideal with the proximity to the little town, the private beach, and the private pool. We enjoyed walking over to breakfast every morning at Clementineâs, snorkeling right outside of the house, and swimming every day. I canât recommend this place or location enough. Thank you for a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back again!
Given it was our first time on Moorea booking anything was a bit of a crap shoot...
Well, we feel we got lucky. The house was great, older and showing signs that it had been a rental for a while, but great.
We had a few issues that the property manager took care of quickly but overall it was good.
What was really great was location - grocery store, French bakery, restaurants... all supper close walking distance. That made it for us.
Would we stay here again? - Yes, but only in the dry season... the bugs were pretty annoying and most the house canât be sealed.
We loved this property, from how we were greeted by Anais, and walked in a looked out at the view, WOW! We loved the location to restaurants and the local market. The interior and exterior was so comfortable and relaxing, it truly felt like a resort. We loved kayaking every morning right from the beach. We loved everything about this place and look forward to returning soon!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful holiday home!!!
Clement was a super host with ideas and suggestions of how to enjoy the island. He coordinated a taxi pick up and drop off to the airport. One less thing for us to think about. He was very easy to communicate with. The house and beach are beautiful. We really enjoyed our time in Moâorea.
Thank you
Dino
This property is even better than the pictures show. The attention to detail & use of local artists has led to an immaculate property. Probably best suited to two couples who would make use of the two full en-suite bathrooms, but there is an upstairs loft up steep locally manufactured stairs and a separate downstairs toilet. Large bifolds open up the living area into a shaded deck & infinity pool. The kitchen has all appliances you could possibly need. Total privacy in the property & pool and only a stones-throw from a plethora of shops, restaurants & well-stocked supermarket.
Unfortunately, the reef close to the house is silted up, but the two provided kayaks can take you across the channel towards the shallows on the lagoon side of the fringe reef where the coral growth is a little better and a variety of tropical reef fishes can be seen (& a turtle or two). We even saw spinner dolphins coming past the house on morning!
Clement & Anais are to be commended on how the property is maintained & their communications. We will be back !

Our trip to Moorea was decades in the making. What a way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Our host Clement was incredibly helpful in arranging activities, totally responsive. Not to mention being a very nice person. Swimming with whales was truly a once in a life experience. The villa was very comfortable and truly conveniently located. Pastries from Carmeline became a daily ritual. Super Marche down the street and local restaurants made everything convenient.
Our 12 night first visit to Moorea, finding this particular villa with Clement as our host made our anniversary everything we could have wished for.
See you soon Clement

This house has an amazing indoor/outdoor feel with a back accordion style glass door which opens to a nice big covered patio, which then becomes an infinity pool, then a nice soft sandy beach and then the ocean.
Our family of 6 stayed in it comfortably with my teenage boys sleeping up in the loft. You wouldnât want young kids staying up there as the stairs a steep and narrow but my boys liked having their own space and in July the temperature was nice so they were fine without ac up there.
There is only one indoor shower. The shower off the master is outside but seemed private so my wife and I used it all week.
Bring bug repellent as misquotes do get in the house.
Clement is amazing. He always answered my emails before the trip. He met us at the ferry to help us get our luggage to the house. He responded to all our needs during the week. And he helped us get all our luggage back to the ferry at the end of the week.
I would highly recommend this property.
About Moorea:
Even though English is not the language spoken, everyone was very friendly and most spoke enough English that nothing was difficult.
Scuba diving and snorkeling were amazing.
If you get motion sick, take Dramamine before the ferry ride to and from Tahiti.
Most places will take the US dollar which was nice and all the stores and restaurants took credit cards with a minimum purchase of usually around $25.
Food is expensive especially at restaurants. There is a grocery store within walking distance of the house although we usually drove.
You need type c adapters for US appliances at the house.
