Maintenance needs to be done in room 6. We could not get in to our room on the second night. The key would not turn. Concerned that if we used too much force it would break key in lock. Tried to ring after hours, no response till next morning. Lucky people staying in accommodation assisted and we got it opened. Regular upkeep of rooms needs to be number one priority, other wise you will not get continued business.

Staff were good, the room could do with a little bit of updating, they need a longer shower curtain as water from the shower ended up all over the floor and made the floor extremely slippery my husband nearly fell over, the tea towel provided had more holes in it and looked so tatty also the cleaners should clean the back of the tv it was so dusty I only know because I couldn't get rid of Foxtel to view normal tv it was so annoying, but the bed was comfortable.

We checked in and immediately felt unsafe - there were a few shady people hanging around the car park right outside our room. When we entered, the carpet was filthy with what looked like fresh stains, the bathroom was dirty with black mould, and the furniture was old and in desperate need of an update. The overall condition of the room was completely disgusting. We decided to leave straight away. While the hotel did give us a full refund, it left us without accommodation for the weekend during a major event when everything else was fully booked. Very disappointed. This place is poorly maintained and not at all as advertised.

The management were happy to let us check in early due to an engagement in Mooroopna. The Motel accomodation was clean and comfortable, all we were looking for at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately bed was very uncomfortable, then in the morning found bug on bed,took it to reception wrapped in a tissue, didn't look just said sorry. I sent picture to them via email, No Response. Very disappointing

Staff were friendly and good, but the accommodation was terrible, spa and shower was broken also mould on the walls and ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen, carpet had stains throughout and the walls were dirty in bedroom and living room

Room was spacious and whilst dated, was clean and well presented. We were provided with a toaster and crockery which was very helpful. Staff were friendly. Only downside was we were in room 1 which is closest to the main road, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise.
