Checked in to find someone else's pants hanging in the closet; was given another room but was unable to open the door to that room, went back to front desk and was given another room (3rd time); was able to get into room but room looked fairly clean but did not smell fresh...not one time did the front desk reception say "so sorry, etc." or offer any explanation for the room situation
