I had to go 24 hrs without a keycard but still felt safe. The staff and Jason went above and beyond to accommodate the issue and made the stay awesome.

The hotel rooms were a bit dated and bathroom was not clean. There were crumbs around the sink faucet, the tub faucet was extremely loose and the tub would not drain (tub still had standing water 2 hours after my shower!). The bed sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable.

Very nice facility with great water view room.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, checked in on us to make sure we happy and satisfied with our room, and even checked in with us the next morning to see if we needed anything. Have to say probably the best hotel I ever stayed at, that had such an amazing staff.
Will be back.
