Let me say that the property is not as described. It was clean but the steps going into it were shaky and unsafe. In front there is a vacant lot owned by neighbor. With junk cars and discarded furniture and mopeds. Area is very run down the pictures do not show the houses that surround you. The yard is not fenced in only has a dog kennel. Manager has added fees to listing after check out accusing us of damage. Not true. I felt uncomfortable leaving keys under a front door mat upon check out. Neighbors drank beer and left cans on steps while we were gone. Neighbors talked loudly at night outside of bedroom window. Iâve used VRBO for years and never had an experience like this. Also never had one bad review. Unit was pet friendly yet she was upset we brought 2 small dogs. She accused us of having a third dog. Not true. She said she had people to witness this. Which is lies. Please do not rent from her. Read the 4 star review left besides mine. Itâs exactly what she did to me. No where to access the water either. Park is sketchy and unsafe. There is a vacant alley that runs directly beside house to the street. You have no yard of your own. The area in the picture is the neighbors and looks absolutely nothing like the rental ad. I feel cheated and duped. I was going to chalk it up as a loss until she made up lies to extort me for more money.
