My wonderfully light and airy modern family home is set in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Draycott, a short distance from Brockley.
Relax and enjoy the sunroom or the private garden with views overlooking the surrounding peaceful Cotswolds countryside! With one king size bed and one double bed, my home comfortably sleeps four. There is also off road parking for two vehicles.
Welcome to my lovely home, full of treasures I have gathered over the years! Set in peaceful Draycott, with amazing views and lovely walks right on your doorstep, and only a 20 minute walk to picturesque Blockley.
Guests enter the property via the front door, where you will find the kitchen off to the left. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, washer machine, as well as plenty of kitchenware and storage space for guests.
Continuing through to the rear, is the large living area which has comfy seating for plenty, smart TV and doors that open up to the sunroom, a perfect place to unwind! Head further outside to the private garden, with stunning views and a small stream running at the end of the garden! There is also outdoor furniture, perfect for an evening drink or family meal!
Heading up to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, one with king size and other with double size bed, which also has a dedicated workspace. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. There is also the family bathroom, with overhead shower.
There is private off-road parking to the side of the property for up to 2 cars.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
One small well behaved dog is allowed on request. Please give details when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of ÂŁ30, added to the booking price.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.
My property is managed by Pass the KeysÂź Cotswolds, led by Tim and supported by Andrea and Caroline. They are based here in the Cotswolds and are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay!
The team have many years experience in managing Airbnb listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support.
Guests have access to the whole property, including the enclosed private garden.
As this is my primary home, my car will sometimes be parked in the drive (but still giving two guest spaces), and some items in the kitchen, which will label accordingly:)
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
