Clean, decent & budget-friendly

If you want a decent & budget-friendly hotel, this is it. The frills, just a clean room with a nice bathroom. The staff is extra friendly too. A solid 4/5 stars.

For a motel it was decent the outside seems messy but the rooms were actually pretty nice I could say they could be better with cleaning them but overall it was not bad at all

The room was almost bare of what you would expect to find in a hotel room - no cups, no coffee maker (not available in the office either), one washcloth and one hand towel, no suitcase rack, no ice machine, no food/drink vending machines, no desk, no desk chair and the shower curtain was filthy with black on the bottom as well as other stains. I took it down for them to get the hint to wash it. I reserved this room because it had a very good rating. The owner must have had all his cousins leave a review!!! I probably should have walked away when I went into the tiny office and the guy was behind plexiglass with a 'We support our local police' sticker on it.

The room was basic, but clean. Also included a small cube refrigerator and microwave. No in room coffee, or continental breakfast, but that is reflected in the very reasonable and low price. I would give 5 stars for value (excellent) and 3.5 stars ( Average) for quality and amenities.

The couple running this place is amazing! Friendly, and dot every I and crosses Ts. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially someone looking for a quality place to stay at a great price!

The owners of the property were polite and very attentive! My room was very clean and I felt very safe and comfortable for good night's sleep! Base on this first encounter...i will diffinitely be returning as a repeat customer!
