The Space:

Each cabin is unique and many times guests like to know how a cabin got its name. Famtastico was named because the owners originate from Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. Celebration, family and fun are an essential part of their lifestyle. Their vision is to provide a fantastic family opportunity for others to enjoy the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains and honor their Spanish heritage, thus Famtastico was the perfect name to express this beautiful mountain cabin.



Famtastico is 18 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and offers a wonderful private family escape, couples retreat or romantic getaway! Close to all the attractions including wineries, parks, hiking, restaurants, shops, breweries and so much more!



As you enter Blue Ridge, you will quickly see why we receive so many visitors each year. The blue tinted peaks of the mountains, rolling hills, picturesque farmland, and the small town charm just melts away the stress of everyday life.



The drive to Famtastico is very easy. It is located 5 miles off highway 515 on Loving Road. The entire drive is paved roads except the last 100 yards of well maintained gravel road and there is enough parking for three vehicles.



The cabin features a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, game room/bedroom in the loft, two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.



The well appointed kitchen is directly to the left as you enter. It has all the comforts of home including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and gas range and oven. There are two different coffee options; drip coffee maker and Keurig. It has a toaster, waffle maker, air fryer, blender and mixer.



The dining room has seating for six and two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter top.



Cozy up in the living room on the recliner sofa or large recliner and watch your favorite show or big game on the 65” smart tv. The living room also has a gas fireplace for those cool nights.



The master bedroom is directly off the living room featuring a king bed, dresser, nightstands and 43” smart TV. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with seat, and dual vanities.



The 2nd bedroom is down the hall from the living room and has a queen rod iron bed, night stand and 32” smart tv. The bathroom is directly across the hall featuring a tub/shower combo and single vanity.



The laundry room is at the end of the hallway with a full size washer and dryer.



The loft has an additional full over full bunk bed, dresser and game room area. The game room has foosball, shuffleboard, board games and play station for endless entertainment.



The large deck is accessible from the living room. It has a salt water hot tub, four person dining table, outdoor sofa, two chairs, coffee table, end table and two outdoor fans. Plenty of space to enjoy family time, listen to nature and just relax. The deck also has a large gas grill for the grillmaster in your group!



There is a fire pit with six Adirondack chairs to roast marshmallows, tell stories and discuss the day's adventures or tomorrow's plans.



Your family vacation wouldn’t be complete without your fur baby. The cabin is dog friendly. We allow up to two dogs, up to 50 lbs each. The owners respectfully ask you to keep them off the furniture and beds and crated while you are away. Dog bowls and waste bags are provided for your stay.

Guest Access:

Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.



The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Famtastico is located in a beautiful private neighborhood and just 19 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The property is located just off Loving Road.



Access is via paved roads with the exception of the last 300 feet of very well maintained gravel road. The gravel road does not have any steep hills. Four wheel drive is not necessary to reach the property.

Privacy:

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.



Pets:

Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away and to keep them off the beds and furniture.



Trash and Litter:

Trash is picked up day of departure. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. There are two large trash cans located in the bear box. If you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.



Smoking Policy:

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.
