The kitchen looks onto the covered entertainment area which in turn looks over the water, there are five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, cinema room, and entertainment Pool room.

Finishing touches are including air-conditioning, security system, well established gardens with a lovely cubby house for the kids to enjoy, and a shared jetty.
