The property has excellent location on walking distance to the beach. The staff is very friendly. The yard was green and maintained. The facilities in the room however are old and with poor quality. The air conditioner was old and noisy, there was a crack in the door that you can see through, the furniture was old and with poor quality. Bathroom tiling, flooring and convenience around sink were poor. Main issue is that the quality of the facilities on place was not matching the photos and the price was way too high for the facilities offered.
