Whip up something fresh in the Vitamix, brew your favorite espresso with the Nespresso machine, gather around the dining table that seats eight, or hang at the open island (complete with a built-in phone charger). It’s made for good food, great company, and unforgettable moments.

Welcome to Morongo Valley, a quiet, unincorporated town tucked between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. It’s home to the Morongo Preserve, a lush desert area renowned worldwide for its birdwatching and scenic hiking trails. A hidden gem where nature truly takes center stage.

You don’t need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to reach The Aspen House or explore the high desert—Teslas and other luxury cars manage just fine. Some roads can be a little bumpy, so turn on your favorite tunes, take it slow, and enjoy the ride.

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: Please make sure to review the check-in instructions and directions in your inbox two days prior to your arrival. DO NOT use the home address in Google Maps or Maps as it will take you up a rocky road.

Dogs: One (1) dog is welcome during your stay for a fee. Please add your dog to the reservation. No other animals are permitted on the property.

Maintenance: The pool and spa are serviced twice a week. Each visit takes about 10 minutes and is limited to the outdoor area only.

Please respect our neighbors. No amplified music outdoors. No parties.

The indoor fireplace is wood-burning—please use it with care and never leave it unattended.
Don’t forget to bring your own firewood if you’d like to use it.
