It's a one-of-a kind home featuring vaulted ceilings and 2 separate living areas with the Sun Porch being temperature controlled, feels like being outside from the comfort of home. Enjoy relaxing scenes of the sunrise and wildlife from your 1000 foot view no matter the season or weather. Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool tub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room.

Rental also includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Jen -Air Range and plenty of pots, pans and cookware for preparing your favorite meals at home. We’ve stayed on the mountain at Petite Jean many times in the past but wanted to try out a new place. Found this house on VRBO and decided to give it a try.We loved it!The sunroom with its huge views over the river and valley was our favorite part. We saw half a dozen Bald Eagles in one day! The kitchen was stocked and easy to work in. The master bed was comfortable. The house was roomy and easy to find. This isn’t a new build so there are some slightly worn areas on and in the house just like any home that has been lived in. The house is located near the Petite Jean State Park with tons of hiking and other outdoor excitement! The host was quick to respond to questions and very pleasant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we will be back!

It was a very nice house with spectacular views. Very clean. Very close to Pettit Jean State Park. The host was extremely helpful. They even refilled the Hummingbird feeders so we could set in the sun room and watch them.

Wedding

We had 3 couples staying for a friends wesding in Petit Jean State Park. The views were beautiful, the sunroom was awesome to hang out in to watch the hummingbirds. They had an outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed hanging out at night. We hikes many trails in the park. Would recommend to anyone who wants a laid back nature trip

Memories Made

My husband’s family has their family reunion most years at Petit Jean State Park. This year they were doing some renovations and we decided to stay outside the park. This home was the perfect place for our family. My grands and I love to read and the peacefulness made it so easy to relax and get lost in our books. And the hummingbirds!
