Great staff, simple brown bag breakfast, view of Morro Rock, room clean and with adequate seating and writing surfaces. No laundry facilities, but laundry a few blocks away. Great access to waterfront stores and wonderful food! Only 1 of the 2 buildings has an elevator.

Nicely situated rooms with many overlooking Morro Bay with balcony views. No Air Conditioning in any rooms only fans. Would not recommend stays during warmer weather. Beds are a bit hard but alright.
