3rd floor of a residence equiped with elevators :
- Entrance hall with cupboard shoe dryer
- Kids room on the left with 2 bunk beds
- Bathroom with a bath and toilet
- Bathroom with a shower
- Adults room with double bed
- Living space with fully equiped kitchen
- living room with 2 sofa and dining table
- The window will guide you to the sunny balcony
- Ski-locker on entrance level

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.
