Situated in one of Morzine's newest apartment developments, Residence Echo du Pleney, Le Cerf Penthouse is only a few steps away from the Super Morzine Telecabine and only 5 minutes walk to the Pleney Telecabine. Perfectly located in the centre of the village of Morzine, with all its fabulous bars and restaurants, this apartment offers quick access to the ski slopes of Morzine and Avoriaz.

LAYOUT (163 metres sq.)

Large and spacious living areas are light and airy and feature open plan double height vaulted ceilings with great views over the mountains. The main lounge and seating areas feature plenty of sofas & chairs for 8 people next to a log burning stove and a 65'' flat screen tv, with views looking down the valley. There is also a workspace desk area in the corner of the lounge to allow someone to work remotely.

There is an additional Snug/TV Room next to the lounge area with a flatscreen TV and Sonos Sound Bar - great for the kids both big and small! This also features space for yoga/ pilates, complete with mats and some small weights.

The open plan kitchen features all mod cons, with a central island and separate wine fridge, plus a tea and coffee area with Nespresso Machine. This leads to the dining area which seats 8-10 people comfortably. There is also a separate utility room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, and Drying Space.

Large balconies wrap around the apartment, with outdoor seating and sun loungers on both bedroom and lounge balconies.

The 2 largest bedrooms have super king size double beds (or can be set up as twin beds), and dressing areas and both feature private ensuite bathrooms, with Jacuzzi baths and overhead showers. The other 2 bedrooms feature king sized double beds (or twins) and have ensuite shower rooms with walk in showers. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and 3 of the bedrooms have balcony access.
