- A spiral staircase will allow you to access the living space. This one has an equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a bench.
- From this space you can access the balcony with a very beautiful view of the Morzine valley.
- Thanks to a few steps you can access a bathroom with shower and toilet
- A \'children\'s\' room with 2 bunk beds.
- The mezzanine has 2 single beds and is accessible via a staircase.
- A ski locker located at the entrance of the residence in order to gain in comfort.

The Sosna residence does not have any shops or restaurants, which offers a very pleasant calm in the evening. Beyond the magnificent sunsets, the Ardoisières promenade is renowned for its calm despite its proximity to the resort center!
