On the lower level are the bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and numerous storage cupboards.

- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 alcove separated by curtains with 1 double bed (140x1190)
- The living room with 2 single sofa beds
