Beautiful chalet 4 * brand new 5min by car and 15 min walk from the center and the slopes of Morzine-Avoriaz. Stop for free shuttles at about 50 meters from the chalet, every 15 minutes.

Independent chalet on 3 levels of 160m ².
It consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large sunny terrace facing south with views of the mountains and a beautiful cinema.

It's made of:
Ground floor:
- entrance with ski rack, shoe dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer
- large living room with wood stove (wood provided), lounge area with TV, background music with speaker BOSE, dining room and open kitchen fully equipped, access to the terrace.
- separate WC with washbasin
- bedroom 1: 2 beds 80cm closable to make a bed of 160 cm, closet, walk-in shower en-suite

1st floor:
- bedroom 2: 2x2 bunk beds (200cm)

Excellent quality. Showers, beds, facilities etc. Absolutely brilliant. Can’t recommend it enough. No negatives. Isabelle and Brigitte were excellent.

We loved our stay. The property is very well appointed with pretty much everything you could need. The kitchen has loads of cooking implements. Everything was clean and there’s loads of space. The cinema room is brilliant and has air con. The rest of the property does not have air con, but we were there in the summer with some days in the 30s, but the temp dropped at night so we slept beautifully.It is on a busy road, which was quite noisy, but on the flip side the free bus into town is just a short stroll from the front door. The welcome was very warm and after a reminder to call if we needed anything, our privacy was respected until the day we left. There is a welcome pack with a jar of delicious local honey from the owner’s bees. It would have been nice to perhaps have some milk, but there was a good supply of washing items, cloths etc. We were 9 people and there was lots of room. Would highly recommend. Chalet agréable et confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce charmant chalet. Il est très bien équipé et très agréable. Il y a de la place pour tout le monde. La salle de ciné est un petit plus très appréciable.Nous baissons la note car il est situé en bordure de route assez passante et où les voitures roulent virent, voir très vite !La météo n’était pas au rendez-vous pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur mais nous avons trouvé l’emplacement bruyant pour profiter de la terrasse ou du balcon.

Ruim chalet voor 12 personen

Mooi ruim huis met zeer grote eettafel voor 12 personen, goed uitgeruste keuken en lekkere zithoek. Slaapplaats voor 12, goede bedden, skibus op enkele minuten. Duur ongeveer 10 min tot de pistes. Zeer aardige sleuteldame die overigens alleen frans spreekt. Heerlijk verblijf in dit nieuwe huis!
