This house features beautiful hardwood floors and a clean and comfortable feeling throughout. Kitchen has everything a basic home needs and the internet is fiber optic.
Our house is close to downtown Moses Lake shopping, Samaritan hospital, clinic, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Just minutes away from the city, enjoy boating, fishing, or a serene stroll by the water.
There is an attached ADU studio which is a separate listing.
Just a heads-up—no smoking, vaping, or cannabis anywhere on the property. Thanks for helping us keep the place clean and comfy for everyone!

We were looking for a simple and relaxing getaway. This met all of our needs. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and Benjamin went out of his way for special requests due to fragrance allergies. It was a quiet neighborhood that was centrally located to everything in Moses Lake. We would gladly stay again.

The kitchen had everything we needed - minus a need for a bit more counter space. We brought over a small folding table to help cook a full turkey/late-Thanksgiving meal, and that did the trick. Rooms are very comfortable l, clean and private.

It was convenient, clean and reasonably priced. The only thing was the extra room that had a separate rental that was attached to the house was kind of weird. We rented the house thinking we would be there by ourselves and someone else was there on the other side of a locked door.

Good toilet paper. Needs a Keurig. Great king bed. Excellent kitchen. Ice was stuck in fridge door couldn’t get it unstuck. Nice towels. Would like to stay again next year for the annual walleye run!

Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed in the property to be able to have our own family space while visiting my wife's family. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of things that we were able to use and enjoy while we were there. There were a couple of minor annoyances First - The address wasn't very readable in the dark. That "2" was the weirdest looking 2 ever and looked like an "8" or a "6" from the road in the dark. Second - The rooms all lock with a code, which is great, but the codes weren't available anywhere in the check in documents. We reached out to the property manager who quickly responded with the proper code, but search as we might, we couldn't find them

Nice place, but…

Had a nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. The house was a little odd - it seemed to be a place where they once rented by the room, or a halfway house/sober living or something. Also not as private as it was advertised. Overall not bad though.
